Our Annual General Meeting, which was held at Chedgrave Church Rooms, went off smoothly with the reading of officers reports and our accounts which were accepted. We can carry on another year at least!. All officers were elected back in to their various positions. At this meeting we present the trophies for the years competitions and this year we held three. The winner of the Novice Class was our Secretary Jenny Frosdick. Jean Madgett won the Intermediate trophy and our Vice-Chairman, Tricia Loades won the Advanced trophy which were all presented by our Chairman Tricia Godfrey. Well done to all of them.
A presentation was made to Anne Baker, who has been compiling the host and hostess rota for many years and she has now passed this on to Alex Pinder our previous Secretary. Tricia G presented Anne with a card and rose bush and thanked her for her help over the past few years.
