At our meeting on 3rd May we invited Brenda Tubb along with her flower arranging title of ‘Challenges’. Brenda told us of her challenges through lockdown and of her husband! She was a very funny lady with some lovely arrangements to win at the end of the evening. Brenda kindly let us share this arrangement with you. We held a competition for members at this meeting with the title of ‘A Vintage Affair’ with arrangements in an old kettle and container as well as in the style of Constance Spry and flowers from members gardens. In the Intermediate class Penny Mills was awarded 10 out of 10, Janet Morgan, 8 out of 10 and Tricia Godfrey also 8 out of 10. Tricia Loades entered the Advanced class and was awarded 10 out of 10.
