The East of England Area of the National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies celebrated their 70th anniversary by holding an Area Show entitled ‘Let’s Celebrate’. Held in a marquee on The Green at Hunstanton which overlooked the sea, Our Club hired a coach and a number of us travelled there on 16th June. The weather was glorious and it was definitely ‘Sunny Hunny’! We spent a long while photographing and looking at all the high standard of entries in the various classes. Some of our members took part in the workshops by Barbara Collins and Rachel Borrenkova held throughout the day. We had a walk along the cliffs and finished the day off with a very welcome ice cream. All in all a very lovely day out.
