To celebrate our 65th anniversary we invited popular demonstrator Terri Potter along to our meeting with her flower arranging demonstration entitled ’65 Floral Years’. Terri made some wonderful arrangements, some dedicated to our 65th year and told us how mechanics had changed over the 25 years that she has been demonstrating. The arrangements she made with the wool bricks were very clever. We ended the evening with Terri wishing us well for our next 65 years!
During the evening we had cake made by one of our members along with Prosecco and fruit punch made by our Treasurer. The cutting of the cake was carried out by our President, Diane and we had a photo shoot with the cake and the Committee. A lovely evening was had by all.
