For our 6th June meeting we had the lovely Pat Barton come along with her flower arranging demonstration ‘Where in the World’. Pat took us through some countries of her travels from the Australia and the exotic to closer to home. Pat had some really lovely flower colour combinations. Everyone really enjoyed her arrangements which were raffled off at the end of the evening. We also held a competition for members with the same title of ‘Where in the World’ which Pat kindly judged.
Jean Madgett in the Novice class depicted her garden and received 9 out of 10. Penny Mills in the Intermediate class had 9 1/2 out of 10 also depicting her garden. While Tricia Loades in the Advanced class received 8 1/2 out of 10 with depiction of Amsterdam. Well done to you for taking part.
